Novino Inc. ("Novino", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Pheid mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App.

By using Pheid, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address — provided directly or through your Google or Apple account
• Display name — from your Google or Apple profile, if available

Device Information

• Push notification tokens — device identifiers used to deliver notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). Tokens are stored per device and deleted when you sign out
• Platform — whether you are using iOS or Android

Usage Data

• Message counts — we track how many messages you send per billing period to enforce usage limits
• Channel and subscription activity — which channels you create or subscribe to
• Crash reports — collected via Firebase Crashlytics to identify and fix bugs. These may include device model, OS version, and stack traces. They do not contain message content

Purchase Information

• Subscription status — managed by RevenueCat. We store whether you have an active Pro subscription and its expiration date. We do not store payment card details — all payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play)

User-Generated Content

• Messages — the subject and body of messages you send through channels you own
• Channel names and codes — the names and join codes of channels you create

2. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver notifications — send push notifications to subscribers of your channels
• Authenticate your account — verify your identity via Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or magic link email
• Manage subscriptions — process and track your Pro subscription status
• Enforce usage limits — apply free and Pro tier message and channel limits
• Improve the App — analyze crash reports and usage patterns to fix bugs and improve performance
• Respond to support requests — communicate with you when you contact us

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect or process your data:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and server functions. Supabase Privacy Policy

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as described above with third-party service providers that help us operate the App. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Messages and channel data are kept indefinitely while your account exists. If you delete your account, all associated data (channels, subscriptions, messages, device tokens, and profile information) is permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to implement automated data retention policies in the future (for example, archiving messages older than 12 months). We will update this policy before making any such changes.

6. Data Export

You can request a copy of all your data at any time through the App's Settings screen. Your data will be provided in a machine-readable JSON format.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the App's Settings screen. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data, including channels you created, your subscriptions, messages, and device tokens. This action cannot be undone.

8. Children's Privacy

Pheid is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. All users must confirm they are at least 16 years old when creating an account. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete that account promptly.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
